Bear Lake Locksmith - Terms and Conditions

Scope of Services:
Bear Lake Locksmith will provide locksmithing services as agreed upon with the client.

The specific services and related costs will be outlined in the service agreement or invoice.

Service Charges:
Service charges are based on the agreed-upon rates and will be communicated to the client prior to providing services.

Additional charges may apply for emergency services, after-hours service, or specialized equipment usage.

Payment Terms:
Payment for services is due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Bear Lake Locksmith accepts cash or credit card as payment.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Clients are required to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

Late cancellations may be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee.

Liability:
Bear Lake Locksmith will take reasonable care in providing locksmithing services, but will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the client's misuse or negligence.

The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided regarding locks, keys, and security systems.

Warranty:
Bear Lake Locksmith provides a 1-year warranty on workmanship.

This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or alterations made by parties other than Bear Lake Locksmith.

Confidentiality:
Bear lake Locksmith will treat all client information and details with confidentiality.

Client information will only be used for the purpose of providing locksmithing services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

Jurisdiction:
Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the laws of Idaho.

By engaging Bear Lake Locksmith for locksmithing services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
